Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled at the discretion of Giggles-Lee Pen & Ink if they are flagged by our payment processor as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

To protect both customers and our small business, orders identified as medium or high risk may require additional verification before shipment, If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse of our policies.

Customers may request order cancellations before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
