Refund policy

Due to the nature of paper goods and small-batch handmade items, postcards, bookmarks, and similar stationery items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

For eligible return requests, items must be returned in original condition before a refund is issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
