Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during shop updates, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders within the United States.

Tracking Information

To help keep shipping costs affordable, smaller purchases may be shipped in a standard envelope without tracking.

Orders shipped without tracking are not eligible for delivery scans or detailed transit updates once mailed through USPS

Larger orders and select packages may include tracked shipping at the discretion of Giggles-Lee Pen & Ink.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on USPS and are outside of our control. Delays caused by postal services, weather, or holidays are not the responsibility of Giggles-Lee Pen & Ink.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage fees for reshipment.
